Our Challenges & Goals

The focus of this project was to develop a dedicated website for U-Stow, a self-storage service under ASDS Sdn Bhd, to better position it within the market and distinguish it from the client’s other large-scale storage solutions. By creating a clear digital identity for U-Stow, ASDS aimed to target a different customer segment—specifically individuals and businesses seeking personal locker-style storage options.

To support this, ASDS provided us with a brand kit and a set of key messages that would form the foundation of the site’s design and content. Our challenge was to translate these elements into a cohesive, user-friendly website that effectively communicated its unique selling propositions (USPs)—including 24/7 security, climate-controlled units, convenient access, and value-added services that directly addressed the needs of U-Stow customers

Our scope would later expand to include social media advertising and page management to help drive awareness and traffic to their website and pages.

To fulfil this project for U-Stow, Kode Digital created a website tailored to their needs
and intentions, highlighting their USPs with a focus on clarity, user experience, and credibility.
We began by outlining the structure of the website, consisting of five main pages:

We wrote clear, benefit-driven content for each section, ensuring both personal and business customers could quickly identify how the service fits their needs. From there, we continued to provide updates and perform maintenance on the website to ensure that it could handle the volume of user traffic as well as to identify and fix web issues.

The redesigned website was fully optimised for mobile, ensuring smooth experiences across all devices. We also implemented a basic on-page SEO structure to support organic visibility on search engines, laying the groundwork for future digital growth.

Social Media Ads & Management

The scope of the project eventually expanded to include social media management and advertising for U-Stow on their social media pages. To accomplish this, Kode helped by providing content for their Facebook and Instagram pages.

Using U-Stow’s dedicated ads budget, we also ran targeted ad campaigns strategically optimised to reach their ideal customer demographics—both personal and business users in Brunei looking for reliable, secure storage solutions.

To ensure transparency and informed decision-making, we compiled and delivered monthly technical reports. These included insights into traffic patterns, audience engagement and ad performance across platforms to optimise our content strategy.

The Outcome

The final result was a website that not only looked polished and modern but also functioned as a comprehensive digital touchpoint for both first-time visitors and returning customers. The new website featured a more streamlined navigation, highlighted services & USPs, detailed descriptions of their additional services, including different packing materials and storage locker sizes, as well as an informative FAQ.

The success of the project was thanks in part to the comprehensive brand kit that the client provided. Through regular website maintenance and improvements, Kode has helped to ensure the U-Stow website clearly communicates the brand’s values and inspires customer confidence.

On the social media management side, we created a consistent amount of social media posts to promote their services and maintain audience engagement. Leveraging their dedicated ad budget, we developed and refined targeted ad campaigns to reach relevant audiences in Brunei—ranging from individuals in transition to small business owners in need of additional storage. The insights from our performance tracking also helped to inform our ongoing strategy, helping U-Stow strengthen its brand presence both on-site and across social media.
